A lovely run with Jill, Brian and my sister Alison at Shelburne Farms in VT. I highly recommend running here - excellent dirt road/paths and outstanding views of the lake/adarondack mountains and the very kewl and HUGE barns at Shelburne Farms. Slight stech pain in left calf.
